Steve,
Have a look at a document I wrote which contains info on
color spaces for viseo standards (see Table 6 in
particular):
http://www.babelcolor.com/download/A review of RGB color spaces.pdf
It was written a few years ago but still has some
pertinence (I think !).

Hi guys and gals
His may be a little off-topic but I hope I can be
pointed in the right
direction. With the help of books from Bruce Fraser,
this forum and various
other sources I think I have a reasonable understanding
of basic colour
theory and colour management as it relates to
photography and computers.
However, when I step into the world of video processors
and HDTV displays
I¹m lost. It seems that nothing I have learnt in the
former area applies to
the latter where colour management seems to be a farce.
I was wondering if
people could point me to resources that would help me
get up to speed on the
video world and help me tie it to my knowledge of colour
spaces and the like
for computing/photography.
Thanks in advance
Steve
