For an overview of ink types, paper types, their structure and how they
interact, Harald Johnson's book 'Mastering Digital Printing' has some good
info.
This is, however, qualitative rather than quantitative, being aimed at
photographers and fine-art printers rather than colour
scientists/technologists.
