Matrox's P750 Millenium Digital Imaging Datasheet, available here on the

Says that the board uses a 10 bit Digital to Analog (DAC) circuitry. Not the
same thing as having 10bit video RAM frame buffer.
This is an excerpt from page 2 of that PDF:

This is not to say that Matrox, like ATI and the other video board makers,
is not busy engineering 10-bits video RAM boards. But I don't have any
information to that effect.
