Based on the sRGB spec's I can't see how ANY printer can produce that.
However, my understanding is such printers assume sRGB to do an on the fly
conversion to their native output color space. Make life easier for those
cranking out lots of prints to such devices. You can profile these devices
(I've done this with the Fuji Frontier, a device we are told are "sRGB").
The resulting ICC profile isn't really anything like sRGB,
