No, Bill, not according to what I have. I'm looking at the reference file
named "ECI2002R CMYK.txt" that came with ProfileMaker 5.0.5b: position 2S16
does carry a C100, M0, Y0, K0 value, and so does the patch in the same
position in its corresponding testchart file, named "ECI2002R CMYK.tif".
As a matter of fact, though, there is a C100, M0, Y0, K0 patch in position
2S9 in the file named "ECI2002V CMYK.tif", but that is the testchart with
the *visual* ECI2002 layout, not the *random* one. It appears very likely
that you mixed the two (compared the random reference layout to the visual
testchart file).

Go back and check again. I believe that you compared two files that do not
belong together.
Regards.
