I use a black length and width of 10 (UCR) on my inkjet profiles and run my
press profiles at 60 - 70% GCR and between 230% and 300% total ink limit.

Yes that is correct. The percentages in the neutrals are identical and you
only see real differences in the saturated colors.

Yes, my thoughts would be something along the line of flatter spectral
reflectance curve equals less sensitivity to illuminants with "spikey"
spectra.
