OT: binders in europe?

sorry for the O.T. question, but a recent job quote from a German binder for
12x 1000 A4 hardbound portrait books (32pp) came back at 120,000 Euros,
which is out of the question.

does anyone know of a economic but good bindery in Europe or elsewhere
shippable? or binding broker?
