It's not released yet but will be soon.
Oh, I wasn't going to send it back - like anything, there is a
learning curve, and I had to coax results out of the unit. I've got
it whirring away now building profiles.
I talked to GMB today, and they had a new driver for the iO which
they dropped in my iDisk. That is helping tremendously - no more
communication errors. They also told me they always tape their
targets to the table, which I'm now doing. I told them it would be
better if they made the table out of metal, then I could use some of
the wicked flexible long magnets I have from Magnum Magnetics to hold
down the targets. Maybe we'll see metal in the future.
When you mentioned 5.0.7, I figured I missed the 5.0.6 release, but I
didn't - 5.0.5b is still that latest. GMB have something against
minor releases ending in 6? :)
