Dear Andretta,
For such flatbed printers as DURST RHO and Zund (and many others) the best suited Spectrophotometer is the BARBIERI Spectro LFP. It measures every kind of materials on which printed with flatbed printers (even transparent materials). The measuring aperture is changeable from 2 to 6mm.
Regards,
Wolfgang

Betreff: i1 for UV curable flatbed inkjet printers
I need to profile two flatbed UV curable inkjet printers (durst Rho and Zund) and i have PM5 with an i1 spectrophotometer. The profile should be don on different 'white' materials (not glass or transpencies). Some colleagues tell me that the instrument isn't able to do that beacause of the small aperture size; an instrument like Xrite SP78 would be better.
Any suggestions? Somebody tried it successfully with an i1 spectrophotmeter?
Thanks.
Giuseppe Andretta
