Hello
I seem to understand that visible colours are confined to a portion
of the Lab cube.
In a recent thread titled <<Theoretical CMYK Profile "and Lch">>
Daniel Lowicki wrote "I know CIELAB looks more like a potato in 3D".
I'w be mostly grateful if anybody could point me to an introductory
book or URL on this subject.
I'm particularly interested in 3D plots of the 'human gamut'.
I found a few, whose meaning I'm not sure about and that don't
look like a potato to me:
