Greetings, all!

I have inherited responsibility for color proofing a catalog at the company I work for. We have been using Best Designer Edition 2.0.3 running on an eMac/700 with OS 10.2.8, (running BDE on Classic 9.2.2), all this driving an Epson 5500, all over the Ethernet... something went totally haywire, and I have been trying various profiles, but have not been getting the results we used to get from that proofer.

My boss has authorized me to replace the software. I could use recommendations, first of all, then coaching in how to get the profiles that will give me a proof my printer (Dingley, in Maine) will accept. I am leaning towards Harlequin software, but am open. I also need to get this all up and running in pretty short order,

Thanks,

Rick Glosson
