I tried to get the magic formula for the format of the data but they didn't want to make it available.
Apparently Profiler 5.0 will have clear text tags holding the characterization data but then again a lot of things have been promised for 5 and that never helps get things out the door.
When building Monaco profiles it definitely pays to either save the session after measuring or export the measurements separately.
ColorThink will open either of these files types for profile and device evaluation and also save them in the more common CGATS-like format. (which helps get the data into other profiling packages for comparison as well)

Steve
