I'll never forget what an Eizo representative once told me about whether
they can make 450 Cd/m2 screen: it's entirely feasible but it would wear off
very rapidly, with present LCD technology. So, knowing the steep price I
paid for this excellent CG21, I'd like to extend every nanosecond of life
out of it. Besides, I was using 90 on my Mitsu CRT before, and I work in a
what you can qualify as a low ambient lighting environment. All in all, 90
is perfect for me. But I must confess, I usually calibrate clients between
90 and 120, whathever display technolofy they have.
