Indeed. Carl did reveal a simple method to read and write those
values at a level of granularity that is not available via the Adobe
user interface.
As the input dialogs in AppleScript are quite limited you'd be
better off using Xcode to wrap your script in an interface that
allows you to input 3 or 4 colour values at the same time.
Yes. Hence the 'quick' and 'kludge' qualifiers.
