Related to this discussion, although not directly with Photoshop Info
palette readout is ColorPursuit from AlwanColor which, thank's for its
designers, displays all color coordinates with 1 decimal precision (Lab,
Lch, XYZ, xyY, RGB and CMYK. Maybe it can use more than 1 decimal precision
but I don't see any preferences to do that -- yet. So, there is no question
that the color precision is there in the ICC profiles we use but it depends
on the willingness of the application designer to make it available to the
user.
