Hey Ken,
The Eizo ColorNavigator software does not write any VCLUT compensation into the ICC profile like most monitor ICC profiling products since the adjustment is done at the monitor not the video card. So you won't see a change happen by switching ICC profiles in the display control panel.
On the main screen of ColorNavigator software you can select "adjust the monitor with the past adjustment result" to load up previous calibration into the CG210. Hope that helps.
