It's still there in the driver (it's called "No color adjustment").
Or, you've got the GIMP Print driver running, not the epson driver.
If you don't have the 'no color adjustment' as suggested above, then
remove the printer using the Print and Fax system preference, add it
again but make sure you choose 'Epson USB' as the connection, not
just USB.
