Hey,
Has anyone with a GMB iO had one or more of the snaps (there are 3) that
hold the spectro in place break on them? One of mine snapped off while
working with a client a few days ago, and now trying to get a replacement
"carriage" unit from Gretag / X-Rite. Looking closely at how it's made, I'm
sure others have also experienced snappage?
I'm trying to rig up some elastics to hold the spectro tight to the carriage
while Gretag figures out how to fix it.
