Fiery RIP

Hello all,
I am sure that this has been discussed before, but I need to get
some clarification. I am trying to send some color patches through
the Fiery RIP (via Canon ColorWise) in order to create some custom
profiles for different specific medias. The problem I am having is
the last step in the expert color setting flow chart, which is
bypassing all output profiles. My choices are 1: Use Media Defined
Profile, 2: Use Server's Default (which is Canon imagePRESS C1 Plain
(H) v1.icc) or 3: Use Output Profile (Drop down list from which to
choose). Is there a way to bypass all output profiles / color
management in order to get untainted color patches? Any info would be
appreciated. Thanks.
