It was (past tense) a very nice device but I don't think it had anywhere the
market penetration expected in its short history and it had the EyeOne Pro
which did more, I believe cost less to manufacturer and had been around a
heck of a lot longer (with big OEM support).

The ergonomics was nice and the ability to store data kind of cool but from
the standpoint of functionality, the EyeOne has it all over the PULSE.

I'll keep mine in the Spectrophotometer museum next to the Digital
Swatchbook, Spectrolino and Color Savvy ColorControl (anyone remember that
one, built on a printer?). If only I had kept my original ColorTron II...
