I do not wish to stir up animosity about the subject, and I invite a calm
approach to it. Calm and professional, as much as possible.
You may not like what the article is saying. That is not the point: I may
not either. But my mind is not made up about this. I'm as confused as most
of us, and I am trying to sort it out and not to jump to conclusions before
I understand better what's going on.
I'll close by saying that I am not acting on Adobe's or FedEx/Kinko's
behalf, in case anyone should infer or imply otherwise.
If anyone should prefer to hurl insults or yell instead of discussing, I
will ignore them completely.
