Yes, but it's mechanism rather than end result, so is rooted
in the technical details of the instrument operation. I've
demonstrated this quite simply with the UV LED example. The
end result terminology remains unchanged in this case, rather than
having to switch terminology with the mechanism.
Fact is, we have different opinions, and I'll leave it at that.
I'd conclude rather that I am trying to get you to take a step
back and see things from the users point of view, but have
failed in this attempt.
