Hi Randy,
Onyx is providing two training dvd called advanced training and basic
training. You find more information about it here:

If you got a special question about building your workflow with ICC-Profiles
in Onyx please ask.
They added some really helpful feature to determine ink limiting per channel
based on measurements (Lab, Lch) but one must know how to use it.
