Indeed, it seems to be getting a "standard procedure" to use device
correction tables for wide gamut displays. If one looks at Quato´s iColor
Display Software, you can find a correction for their wide gamut models that
- interestingly - apart from the correction for colorimeters also uses a
correction for the EyeOne pro. They support a correction for colorimeters
and the EyeOne pro since the introduction of these wide gamut monitors back
in 2006.
