Curious which Epson Print CD version / OS you are using?
When I profiled my CD printer with Epson Print CD (v1.3.1) on Mac OS X
10.4.11 – there is no Print Dialog box that allows one to choose “No Color
Management” as you mentioned.

On my Mac Pro (10.5.1) I have Epson's Print CD v1.2A (Carbon) driving a Stylus Photo R800 I occasionally use to print CD's.

When I invoke "PRINT" I'm presented with a dialogue box where PRINTER and PRESETS are options; additionally, when I "expand" the dialogue I'm presented with more options under the Epson CD pull-down, including Print Settings and Color Management - where the NCA option is available along with the other Advanced Settings for Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, and individual color (C,M,Y) controls.

No idea if such is available in later drivers from Epson howsomever.
