I guess it will (can't test it at the moment): Export your measurements as CGATS files an use argyll's logo2cgats tool to convert them to ti3.

There was a minor bug in logo2cgats: the ti3 files needed a bit "massage" in a text editor, but I think it's fixed in the current beta version (0.70 Beta 7).
