Hello all,
I have a MacBook Pro running 10.4.8. I've been trying to run two
programs that use profiles (Capture One LE and RAW Developer), and
neither can find any.
When I run the ColorSync Utility and select "Profiles", I don't see
any profiles at all, even though I have many profiles in /Library/
ColorSync/Profiles and /System/Library/ColorSync/Profiles (I find
tons of profiles when I do this on my PowerMac G5). When I verify
profiles, the utility finds over 1000 of them (I have run repair on
them, there were a few that verify complained about). Just in case I
had a bad profile, I backed up and then deleted all the profiles in /
Library/ColorSync/Profiles and my home library, but it didn't help---
I still can't see the system profiles that remain (or any others).
I've rebooted the system, applied all updates, and verified the disk,
but no profiles. I've searched the web and this list for an answer,
and failed to find one...
Does anyone have an idea of what's gone wrong, or what simple stupid
thing I've missed?
Thanks,
Clyde Rogers
