Just curious, does your customer calibrate in between cartridge changes?
Calibrating only when the ink runs out in one or two cartridges can be a
long time between calibrations, no?
These guys consume about 400 sheets of SuperB paper a month... that'd
mean about 8 cartridges (220ml ones) a month.
However they recalibrate based on tolerancing (proof verification
software, against ISOCoated). After a calibration they are within
tolerance (3 dE2000), when they get out of tolerance they recalibrate.
That usually happens after two cartridge changes, and some times after
just one.
