It has been 5 months since the Periodical Publishers Association
(PPA) dropped their Proof4Press standard in favour of ISO standards.
But UK publications don't seem to have noticed:

While writing the blog entry I realised that we are the only proof
supplier in the UK who have Fogra certification for ISO Web Coated.
I'm curious as to whether UK proof suppliers are using FOGRA28 but
not bothering to go through the certification process or whether they
are just pumping out Digital Cromalin to keep the magazine people
happy with their "if it has got a DuPont logo then it's OK with us"
attitude?
