It has been 5 months since the Periodical Publishers Association

But UK publications don't seem to have noticed:
Hi
I am aware of a number of UK publishers using the ISO/ECI profiles, notably
BBC Magazines who are using both Forga 27 and 28 based profiles and will be
changing to Fogra 39 very soon.
I believe many other publishers will now change as the ISO Coated v2 300
profile fits better with the papers used in to UK then Fogra 28, ISO web
coated.
