Which is why we're all going round in circles - splash the contents of
a big glass into a small glass and you'll have spillover and wet feet.
Splash real-world scene-referred color onto a page of paper and
"colour accurate content" is simply not feasible - all you can hope
for is a conventional rendering of same and a happy client.
I'm just a photographer, not a color-separation expert like the rest
of the folks here, but I don't believe in magical exceptions to the
laws of physics, nor in people who promise to deliver such exceptions
for small sums of money - and I hate dealing with the expectations
that such promises build.
