Hold on. Someone has come up with a solution for us all. One of my
customers told me to check out www.ezcmyk.com who will do a conversion
for only $15 ($75 in a rush). Imagine that! This is the kind of
conversion we could do for free - and won't.

Great fun! One size fits all? Anyone know anything about them? I like the bit in the FAQs re- Monitor settings "First, use the Adobe Gamma control panel to calibrate your monitor. Next, in Adobe Photoshop, under the File menu> Color Settings>CMYK Setup, set CMYK Model to "Built-In" and in Ink Options set Ink Colors to SWOP Coated and Dot Gain to Standard 18%. While files are not separated in Adobe Photoshop, it is the ubiquitous choice for viewing images." Takes me back!
