Issues converting PDF File in acrobat Pro 7

I have no color transformation, when I use Acrobat Pro 7.09 (Print Production Tool). There are only older CMYK objects in this PDF, so I'm try to convert to my custom Offset press PM 5 ICC profile set in destination field.

Any advice? this tool in Acrobat Pro really works? my goal is to pick a PDF file and use Acrobat to made all objects converted to my press profile.
