I'm attempting to print some targets (standard 2 page eyeOne) from my Epson SP3800 onto paper not represented in the collection of profiles that came with the machine. The paper is Epson's Glossy Photo Paper (SO41271) which is listed in the Epson Technology Source Book as compatible with Ultrachrome inks.

Check the printed documentation that came with the paper. This can be inside or printed on the back of the packaging.

Epson frequently changes their product names for printable media but the product stock numbers remain the same.

If there's no recommended profile choice, I'd be inclined to use the profile that is closest in name to the product you want to print on, i.e. Premium Glossy in your case.
