It's complicated, but basically it's like this:
Currently Chinese companies (printers) are taxed heavily on paper but are
reimbursed by the government if the final printed job is shipping out of the
country. However, that is all about to change and although there may be
"some" reimbursement, it will end up increasing their costs tremendously.
Bottom line...prices will be going up soon.
