Derek, all,
A simple and free product to do that would be Alwan ColorPursuit Demo.
You can download the application from:
http://www.alwancolor.com/english/products/colorpursuit.html
Install it, open a new a Color Widget, enter your CIELAB values, then
you can get easily corresponding CIELCH values.
Please do not wait a lot as we are changing our web site shortly and
I am not sure if this demo version will be maintained.

I'm not sure, but you can use Bruce Lindbloom's online CIE Color
Calculator in the meantime:
