With XP (for Vista I haven't looked yet) you can use the free
Microsoft Color Control Panel Applet which allows to assign a
different profile for each monitor. The solution is a bit weird, but
it works. Another option is to have a video card where the driver
simulates two cards (some higher end Matrox like the P650 and above).
I've heard that some ATI cards are also now capable to deal with two
ICC profiles.
