Agreed. Its useful at some times but there should be a big BEWARE to user
message before undertaking such tasks. I did find that using Custom Color
ICC made this process a heck of a lot easier using Photoshop as the toolset.

Most of the time, the most effective profile tweak is to the AtoB tables to
'fix' a soft proof issue.
