I agree with you, Marco and I'd like to thank you all guys for the support.

I think that the local crew, as Andrew says, is trying to pick on me, probably pressed from dealers. But the best workaround is - thanks Walker - to let my customers download targets directly from XRite web site...and then i will bill customers for 'the time i spent on measuring' providing them an ICC profile free of charge - thanks Rich :-)

I'm realizing now how absurd and silly was this thread but...if you were in my shoes wouldn't you be annoyed at being requested to remove targets from your web site?

I've never heard anything about a PM 'special' license - as Charles Tintera mentioned - for color consultants who need to sell ICC profiles they make for their customers. In their web site i didn't find a line on this issue...somebody knows?

In the meanwhile I'll try to contact XRite/GMB directly to understand what they think about. And i'll let you all know...if they answer me.

I've greatly appreciated the explanation of other software houses that will - or have already like Color Solutions - make more clearly comprehensible their EULA...not only their products!

Best Regards
