It's not a matter of whether or not you may distribute
profiles. Your service is simply bad for every color
vendor in business. They will mire you in legal
documents until you quit.
Switch to http://www.argyllcms.com/ as your back end.
It's reasonable to believe that you to be mired in
legal documents from color vendors anyway because Free
is bad business.
I am very interested to hear how much traffic you
generated while the profiles were online. Please
