That's my take as well. Thanks, I needed a reality check and some ammo to
post to a list where at least one pundit basically said that "everyone
agrees that the U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 profile always produces a color
shift with blues". I think its nonsense. If you send these numbers to a
device that doesn't behave as expected, sure, I'd be willing to bet there
are shifts. But ALL CMYK devices? One that actually confirms to TR001?
That's silly talk.
