Yes, a long time ago. Their tech support team was very prompt in delivering
the correction. Unfortunately, I do not remember who it was.

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade my basICColor Display from 4.0.0 to 4.1.2 and I'm
getting problems with the "machine-id" generated by this software. Each
software version report a different machine-id and, of course, the
protection routine doesn't allow me to install it. I "love" this copy
protection mechanisms....
Does anyone have (or had) the same issue I have ?
