Thanks for pointing that out. FOGRA and GRACoL/SWOP data are both the result of much data massaging, smoothing, curving, etc.
I think both data sets could use more information about them but, in each organization's defence, if you want more information, they will probably supply you with all you would even want. These processes are rarely black boxes...
