Hello Karsten (and other ColorPort-ers),
I did some checking with our development team on this issue and discovered
that it is related to permissions. The advice that I was given is as
follows:
1. drag any existing ColorPort folder to the trash
2. in the Library\Receipts folder, drag any existing ColorPort installer
pkg receipt to the trash
3. do a Get Info on their \X-Rite folder and verify that the permissions
on that folder are set to Read and Write. (if they are set to Read Only
the installer will not be able to write there).
I might also recommend do a permissions repair if you have not done so for a
while.
Hope this helps,
Marc
