Hi all. I have two questions...

1. Of the current crop of profiling packages for creating camera profiles,
what are your experiences/recommendations for the best colorimetric
reproduction? (The task is exactly reproducing the original as best as
possible‹-we can ignore issues of metamerism for the purpose of this
discussion.)
2. Can Graeme Gill¹s Argyll package be used for creating camera profiles? I
see that it creates scanner profiles, and the camera should fall into this
category so long as flat-fielding is first applied and the exposure
controlled. Has anyone tried this? What were your results?

Thanks!
