I've updated my PDF to reflect my latest measurements. Still the same link :
http://homepage.mac.com/graxx/FileSharing4.html
There is now three spectra on the graph, the original two and, now, a third
one, showing skylight measurement alone (Spectrocam only measuring sky this
time -- very bluish as can be seen).
But, here's the rub. Prior to take that measurement of skylight alone, I
experimented with measuring direct sunlight + skylight together but I did
not get a graph all that different to that of direct sunlight alone (not
much different at all, in fact)!? I must be doing something wrong but, for
the life of me, I just can't see t. For the moment, I surmise that the
intensity of the direct sunlight is too strong for any skylight contribution
to show up in the spectra. If this assertion proves to be wrong I'm going to
have to conclude that the particular time of the day or time of the year or
earth latitude I'm in don't have much in common with D50? Or, last
possibility, that my Spectrocam is in need of a trip to the Netherlands...
Any suggestions or contributions is welcome.
Roger Breton
