It depends what you're looking for. No, there are no

Yes, there is a robust implementation of the XYZ <-> CIECAM02
Jab colorspace (in fact I suspect it is unique in being a robust
implementation!)
One needs to make a slew of additional viewing environment measurements to
feed into the CIECAM model. Does argyll makes assumptions about those
additional variables on its own or is it possible to expliciltely specify
them?
Yes, there are defaults, and almost all can be overridden from the command line.
There are also parameters above and beyond CIECAM02, such as viewing flare and
the Helmholtz-Kohlraush effect.
