You said it Roger. I've done a few GMG installs using their "RGB MX4" profiles (really RGB-to-CMYK device links) and can say that the rendering you get with these profiles is better than any ICC-based transform. With a little tweaking of the gamut mapping options, you get a rendering with saturation AND detail unlike any straight relative colorimetric or perceptual ICC rendering. These GMG RGB transforms for fine-art and photo printing is one of their best-kept secrets in my option.
