I am not a print provider, but I have this 48-patch color bar (formatted for the EyeOne Pro) that I use to check on my inkjet proofs:

I read the printed proof using MeasureTool.
Please feel free to download and use the color bar freely (reference and testchart), and to test its usefulness for your applications.
