One way to gauge the depth of the deepest black in your print would be to measure it with your EyeOne Pro using MeasureTool in "Spot" function.

The L* value would indicate the depth of your blacks (the lower the L*, the deeper your blacks -- a* and b* are not relevant in this exercise).

Strictly speaking, this is not how Dmax would be measured in the print industry (offset, etc.), where dynamic range is derived by subtracting minimum density from maximum density [Dmax - Dmin]. But it gives you a good idea of how deep your blacks actually appear in terms of light retention.
